Bug description: the bug its at riptide spell from shaman .. when he does .. it does just on apply the ancestral vigor 1 time .. i mean u get ancestral vigor only when u do the riptide.. at ticks no as it should be . and i'll give exemple .. on my noob shaman it does 1 000 increase maximum health when i do riptide to myself .. but not anymore on ticks ...

Proof: no need for proof .. can try anyone.(im lazy sry )

Confirm. However next time bring proof, because I had a hard time finding an adequate description of the buff for 5.4
The one that is on wowhead says that Ancestral Vigor is only triggered by the initial heal of Riptide, but that is not for pandaria.

I found this video where you can see that the buff resets on the DK when the riptide ticks.

TL:DR Riptide's HoT should reset and add 10% HP of the healing done to Ancestral Vigor, on the target.
