[REJECTED] [NPC] Bloodtip incorrect location/phase

Bug description:
it's location is inside the crypt, i can target it from outside of the crypt, but when i go inside the crypt it hides, tried to bull it with hunter pet, retri guardian, but i failed... i think it's in wrong phase...

There are 2 of these NPCs. One in first phase (can be killed) and one in second phase that cannot be killed, because if you get close to him, you get to first phase.
