[DUPLICATE] [Death Knight] Blood plague - passive (unholly/blood)

WoW Freakz spell link: Physical Vulnerability, Weakened Blows,
Bug description: Those spells are applied after a target is deseased with Blood Plague but they won't be applied everytime on the target, or sometimes the buff will stay on the target only for a few seconds and not for the full duration.
Proof: Easy to proof, here are some proofs:
1. Blood spec: - used Plague Strike to apply Blood Plague that should have applied Scarlet fever but it doesn't, or at least it's working but not everytime.

2. Unholy spec: - used Plague Strike to apply Blood Plague that should have applied Physical vulnerability. Sometimes is working well and sometimes it's disappearing from the target.

Weakened Blows can`t be applied to a boss. They are immune to it. That Dummy counts as a boss.

They are so many vids... it's just broken, it works but not everytime, most of the time it doesn't.

recently it seems that the bug isn't happening so frequently
also i would like to add that if you spread Blood plague via Pestilence the dmg reduce debuff will not be present on the new targets

I hope that clarifies for Weakened Blows. As for Physical Vulnerability, certain class abilities apply it and it gets overwritten, but rest assured as the debuff is still there.
I'll leave this open for a few more hours just incase someone wants to bring more proof/arguments.
