[REJECTED] Legendary meta gems in PvP

Bug: The legendary meta gems shouldn't proc in PvP, but they do as of right now on Genesis..

Proof: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/11944164/#dec16. "Legendary Metagem effects (Capacitive Primal Diamond, Courageous Primal Diamond, Indomitable Primal Diamond, and Sinister Primal Diamond) should no longer have a chance to activate while in an Arena, Battleground, or Rated Battleground."

+1 @ But ...lets see what shockeru gunna do ... that meta gem in pvp its like ...OP....20 % dmg all time reduction ...big numbers in arena...again nice finding !! UP !

Doesm't change the bug.. Since 5.4.2 they don't proc anymore in arena and we play on 5.4.8
