Bug description: i can't start this quest, while i should be eligible to start this quest. this npc gives me no more quests..searched much, read blizz forum, nothing... looked at freakz quest helper and found that this questis not listed in admilar taylor's quest list.... this npc should give the quest, but it's not listed in the link above

(i have enough chain progress and rep to start this quest)

maybe i'm wrong, so help please.

This quest is not yet implemented only goes up "Divine Bell"we have to wait until the implement but lead unrepaired quest of this reputation quite some time
