Bug description: The copy of the initial cast of the two spells will put a new cooldown on the spell.
Proof:

Check the cd's of the spells on both images.

Something to mention: only initial specc Echoes do this. Echoes of Overloads behave correctly.
Confirmed, as I tested with him.
