Bug description:

The Treants refuse to cast Swiftmend on other targets now,it always works on the player,but most of the time they don't cast when targeting other players.

They should be able to cast on party AND non-party targets,even npcs that can be healed,they mostly work on party only members now.

Please keep in mind this doesn't always happen,but it's annoying when it does.
