[FIXED] [Paladin][holy] Light of Dawn never heals caster

Bug description:
never heals the caster even when caster meets the condition to receive heal.. and it should heal, but in don't

Proof:
as you can see in this pic, that healer used light of dawn as main heal, but it never healer himself, (the whole oondasta fight)
this proof may be unacceptable, but it is hard take screen shot in raid situations.

The paladin himself will be healed by Light of Dawn if he is one of the lowest health targets in the cone./*to send a cone of light around the paladin
As of 5.0.4, Light of Dawn doesn't have a positional requirement. That is, it doesn't heal only the people in a frontal cone of the paladin. It now heals everyone (up to 6 people) within 30 yards of the paladin. (wowhead link)
