[Paladin][PvP] Turn Evil vs Undead Pets

Bug description: When you cast this spell on dk/lock pets they should be feared and not able to cast/damage anything until fear ends/breaks up, but they are damaging or casting on you even when they have "Turn evil" Debuff.
This bug was fixed couple years ago by Shocker, but idk why is here again

It works as following. IF the DK and Pet are in combat, the fear works as intended and the pet goes awol.



IF the DK and Pet are no in combat, the fear applies, but when the DK starts attacking, the pet ignores the fear and comes to aid.





Same goes for rogue Sap and Blind on Warlock Demons.

The disorient should remain on the pet even if it was cast OOC.
While in combat everything works fine.
