[FIXED] [Monk][Mistweaver] Chi Brew vs Brewing: Mana tea

Bug description: The mana tea charges generated by chi brew should have a chance equal to my crit chance to generate another one. This is because of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=123766 (wowhead link) - "You have a chance equal to your crit chance to generate double the Mana Tea charges."

As it stand now, with 29% crit chance (that means 29% chance to generate another stack), I used chi brew .. maybe 12-15 times in a row and didn't get an additional stack.
