[FIXED] [Hunter][All] Serpent Sting vs. LoS

Bug description: If the target goes out of line of sight when you apply the shot, you will spend your focus the animation will go down but you won't get a debuff on the target. It actually works both ways, so if the hunter himself goes out of LoS (e.g. behind a tree after he used SS) the shot won't go off.
NOTE: This might not the only shot-based spell that works like this, I might report some more in the future.
Proof: Pretty easy to test and quite obvious.
