Bug description: If you are casting Mind Blast and Divine Insight procs during the casting, then on spell complete and hit, the talent effect is consumed without allowing the priest to benefit from it's effects ( None of the effects counts = CD applies after the casting, mana cost remains and you need to finish the casting ).
Proof: Sorry, cannot make a video however it's fairly easy to test out
