Bug description: If the Shaman is casting his Lava Burst spell, and the Lava Surge Talent procs during the cast, the effect will be consumed, triggers the internal CD of the talent passive ability and the CD on the spell re-applies without allowing the Shaman to actually benefit from that talent passive at all until it procs again.
Proof: -- Same as before.. Sorry but I am unable to make videos in-game.
