WoW Freakz spell link: Arcane Charge
Bug description: Should be consumed when you CAST arcane barrage, not when barrage reaches the target and deals damage (thats what is currently happening on freakz and causes some mana issues at over a certain range from target).
Proof: I already made a report about this a long time ago but its closed and cant activate voicebox https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Mage-Arcane-Passive-Arcane-Charge-t377812.html
