First of all, cdr doesnt work once you phase somewhere else, you need to requip the trinket.
Ok so those trinkets work TOO GOOD. Their formula should be 1/(1+% of the reduction).
Atm it is 1*(1-%of the reduction)
Lets take cloak of shadows for example and hc wf full upgraded assurance 54% reduction.
60/(1+54%)=60/1.54=38
60*(1-54%)=27
Difference is kinda big with bigger cds.

Its not only eye of galakras, the others 1 have the same issue and they work too good as mentioned in first post.

Was fixed for all of those (and should be live). About the amount of cd reduction, i'll look over tonight. Thanks.
