Does not benefit from any shaman stats. It should benefit from spellpower, mastery, critical strike rating etc.
It should not have a cast time, after any healing spell is casted by the shaman the summoned champion should insta-cast the same cast (currently it has a cast time).
If you spam heals the clone will not cast any heal (will get bugged and start casting the next spell).

Regarding stats inheriting you're contradicting yourself:
