Also, the stackable buff "Wrath" https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=146202&&name=wrath does not reapply after Alter Time.

It should work just as Woosholays trinket, applying all the stacks i had, and continuing to increase for the remaining time.

@Daeron Proof ? I think it should have 10 sec icd for procs not to overlap, meaning you have 5 stacks it procs and then starts at 1 again, *** up your dps really hard.

Edit: You're right, http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/10118881987, but i believe that blizzard didn't want this, *** up your Dps for being too lucky.

It does not *** up your dps because you are describing a wrong functionality.
If it procs again in those 10 seconds, then the period is prolonged, but the stacks do not reset and remain capped at 10. Meaning if u have 5 stacks and it procs again then you will have it capped at 10 stacks for an extra 5 seconds.

Just look at the Wushoolay implementation, both bugs described here are working correctly there.

So to summarize this topic:
- the stackable buff Wrath does not reapply after Alter Time. http://imgur.com/L5fUZLx (you can see i have only 1 stack, and only 5 seconds left of the main proc)
- the trinket should not have an ICD, making the proc to overlap and won't reset the stacks, it will just reset the duration.

Also if you get back to back procs or idk you cane have 10+ stacks, i have seen people with 20 stacks, maximum it should be 10.
