sunet "device failed to connect" la boot-up

am un laptop cu windows 7 x64 si de ceva timp ma enerveaza la fiecare bootare dupa sunetul normal de boot up urmeaza inca un sunet gen "DUM-DUM-DUM" care pare sa fie device failed to connect, problema e ca nu stiu care device, am toate driverele instalate, in device manager nu imi apare absolut nimic neinstalat sau cu semnul exclamarii si nici vreo eroare sau BSOD nu a dat.

am incercat cu si fara nimic introdus in mufele USB, am reinstalat si windowsul din nou zilele astea dar degeaba, acel sunet de device failed to connect tot reapare dupa ceva timp.
