Tooltip states: Equip: Your damaging attacks have a chance to trigger a Flurry of Xuen, causing you to deal 1 damage to up to 5 enemies in front of you, every 0.3 sec for 3 sec. (Approximately [1.74 + Haste] procs per minute)

At the moment it doesnt proc from for example serpent sting nor improved serpent sting for hunters while both of those are damaging attacks.

Also it has a 3 s icd and it shouldn't.

She says that it shouldnt proc from serpent sting and pets but it should however from killcommand. Other things work.

So to summarize it should proc from kill command and it doesnt now and it has a 3s icd and it shouldnt.

That 3s CD is actually good, because it won't allow it to proc while the buff proc is already active (3 seconds buff) and waste a good RPPM proc, it will just "delay" the proc after the buff ends

Regarding proc from serpent sting, it shouldn't, next time check proc flags https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=146195&&name=flurry-of-xuen
