Bug description: After the last fix I have entered today and Tier 16 2p for Arcane does not work.
Proof: http://imgur.com/aFvkXAB

I tried with relog and other things,still the same result.
As you see in the picture after two stacks of Arcane Missiles! channeled I did not got any stack of Profound Magic.
Also is not a visual bug,Arcane Blast's mana is not modified.

As for frost,
I got the Frozen Thoughts buff when Brain freeze is expired, not consumed by casting instant frostfire bolt
If I consume Brain Freeze with instant frostfire bolt, I don't get the Frozen Thoughts buff.

Now that is really confusing,today 2p for Arcane works(just tested),but for Frost did not.How is that possible?

The last time I logged.

It didn't work well,
as I mentioned before, The buff will come out when brain freeze is expired, not used by casting frostfire bolt.
so yeah, it still considered as not working properly I guess.

There were temporary issues / disables for this set bonus, please retest and open a new bug report if still happening
