with this bug, viscious transmutagen is not obtainable thru available transmutes (cloth to skins, ore to skins, cloth to ore(cmiiw))

will this get fix anytime soon?

Yea I was about to make a post about this I'm not sure how it is supposed to work
But I do notice that I should have at least 9% increase per stack from weapon traits only
today, I checked and it gives only 7,9% increase per stack with all traits unlocked, master poisoner talent and I have 155% mastery

I got the artifact appearance and used it with assasination spec, the animation played, the item is gone but I didn't get the appearance.

and oh, something is bugging my mind
I did notice that attack speed and movement speed affect enery regeneration, is that how things suppose to work ?
last night I did EN normal, there are adds that give us movement speed debuff and when I had 7 stack of those debuff, my energy regeneration dropped to like 1 energy per sec.
can someone pls confirm about this ?

assasination actually has decent aoe skill now, Fan of Knives is heavily buffed, there is a trait that instantly deal additional damage based on the remaining duration of deadly poison when you cast fan of knives and not to mention that there is a legendary which buffs your fan of knives for 35% every 2secs
additionally, you can cast rupture on 2 or 3 targets for more energy regeneration with venomous wound talent.

Haste doesn't work as it supposed to do in term of energy regeneration

as I mentioned before, The buff will come out when brain freeze is expired, not used by casting frostfire bolt.
so yeah, it still considered as not working properly I guess.
