Bug description: The buff that this cloaks gives active in PvP (battleground), I believe it should not
also, when I change spec, it gives buffs from both specs whic buffs shuriken storm and fan of knives and they buff the spell that is not on proper spec (fan of knives buff affect shuriken storm) results in crazy damage output

Switching specs will now correctly remove the buffs.

I'll mark this topic fixed, as the fact that it activates in PvP is more general, and a fix for that is on its way too.
