Bug description: If you heal a target who is in combat, you should get combat state only from the first heal of riptide which is a direct heal on the target. After the fix Here it seems that each riptide tick keeps you in combat because it procs ancestral vigor on your target, keeping you in combat for the full duration of riptide.
