because thats how it works vs mobs at the moment...it should deal damage equal to your max HP but instead it deal damage equal to the mob's max hp, so if you use it on a mob with 1 billion hp, thats how much dmg it will do lel. Ofc you can use it only when the mobs have same or less HP than your max HP but still....its stupid.

There was a bug report about this a long time ago but for some reason it got trashed and refused to be fixed properly on reasons like *it doesnt affect gameplay*. So dont expect anything.

If you succesfully use it on the target, it dies instantly. Does it REALLY matter how much damage it deals as long as its purpose of instant killing is fufilled?
You can't use it on Boss-type targets anyway. I'll leave this topic open for a bit more.

It's not that it's not affecting the gameplay but it seems that is nearly impossible to fix.

Well, would it have any reason to be fixed for pvp reasons? I do know that pvp sets make it so you can use it against players, but meh. It could make it easier for some classes to survive? =/

It's not a real bug, it's just visual on the recount. I`ll mark it as confirmed but it's very very low on the priority list
