[Mage] Alter Time & Black Blood of Y'Shaarj - stacks issue

WoW Freakz link: Alter Time vs Black Blood of Y'Shaarj (more exactly the proc: Item - Proc Intellect)
Bug description: I have a number of stacks of blood before i use alter time (u can see on right side under the mana gem the spell power i have during procs) and another when alter ends.

- At sec 20 from video i use alter with 102985 spell power, my blood trinket have 7 stacks up and 4.7 secs remaining from proc !!!
- At sec 26 from video i get out of alter with 81832 spell power, blood have 2 staks up and 4.7 sec remaining from proc !!!
The timer of proc of blood work fine bun the number of stacks doesnt ... us u can see in my spell power before and after alter time.

At the end of the alter time you should regain the amount of stacks that you had on Wrath of the Darkspear, at the moment it restarts from 1 stack.

If your Wrath stacks reach maximum and expire during Alter Time, when you return, you'll have them back at their previous state. However, if they do not expire, it bugs out the same way Wushoolay's Final Choice did. You get the buff, but not the stacks.
