Bug description: The totem gives you the buff Searing Flames every time the totem fires a Searing Bolt, at least this is how it should be. On the retail you get the buff before the Searing Bolt is fired, while on freakz you get the buff when Searing Bolt reach the target.

Watch closely at the buff
I cant record to show how it is on freakz, but it's easy to test.
(This bug is the same bug as with Elemental Blast because it shouldn't give the buff when it hits the target)
