[FIXED] [PvE] RDF teleport bug

Bug description: after finishing a dungeon and trying to rejoin with the same group (or at least some of them) it doesn't TP you to the dung and none of us can do anything, if we leave we get 30min cooldown, if you can't fix this at least set the cooldown to 15mins or remove it because its annoying when this happens and you have to leave and rejoin again
