| When I posted this report she didn't have any spawn at all, because she is spawned by Oublion, anyways, I checked today and she was there so I completed the quest, so maybe the q it's partially bugged ... |

| well you are right, you can complete the quest but it takes you some time because very few spawns work properly, maybe the spawns are just not calibrated , they need a little tweak and it's all good |
