Bug description: Oublion doesn't spawn Queen Kraklaa

mentions: 1. server restart didn't fix, because I checked the spawn before and after ;2. if you don't complete this, you can't complete the last chapter of Azsuna (because I turned in the last quest of the last chapter and I'm still 4/5 Chapters in Azsuna)

Apparently, she is on a separate spawn timer from Oublion, but if you are fast enough, you can kill Oublion before he goes immune and the quest completes.

When I posted this report she didn't have any spawn at all, because she is spawned by Oublion, anyways, I checked today and she was there so I completed the quest, so maybe the q it's partially bugged?
