Bug description: After the trinket proc Rune of Re-Origination happens that the haste goes -100.00% and wont be removed, you cant use white attacks due to no haste and the attack speed goes to .42, not 0.42 and you cant attack, only you can use abilities.

I managed to find a way how to reproduce this bug Rolling Eyes

You have to proc the Rune of Re-Origination while in bear form, after that switch to any other form.
