Bug description: Not available. A report has been made prior to phase 3 and obviously got rejected but now we are in phase 3 so it should be there. Only player with ilvl higher than 480 can pick the quest and is a one time quest.

Also from what i've seen the cache doesn't seem to contain anyloot so pretty much like the original report here's are the informations i gathered from wowhead and wowpedia :

Bug description : no loot from freakz. This should contain 516 ilvl items with randoms enchantment, pretty much like this https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=98134&&heroic-cache-of-treasures but without the mote of harmony. Also the Bulging heroic cache of treasures must always award one piece of gear matching player's loot specialization.
