Realms question

Hello guys,

I am new to this server. I will admit, I came here to play only PvP, since my fevourite classes are pretty good and fun in MoP. So, I created some characters on the realm Genesis and started playing. I noticed there are two other realms, one of the Arena Tournament Realm and one for testing stuff. Could you guys please explain to me how to play on that tournament realm, or do I need to play there at all? I came across some people in RDF last night who told me something about having to select your characters specifically for PvP or for the PvP realm, in this case - the tournament realm. Is this true and where do I find info about it. I searched the website and the forums but I can't find anything related to this.

Hello,

Everyone plays on Genesis Realm either pvp or pve . The tournament realm is for special events .
