Bug description: With https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=116238 Might of ursoc should give 50% HP but it give only 31%(from 9% my HP to 40%) and without glyph should give 30% HP and it give only 21%(from 12% to 33%) even if you switch form from bear to cat you remain with same amout of HP so it not about bear form hp.. after fixing This somehow broke it harder

I've actually observed this yesterday. My HP barely modified after might of ursoc.

In both of your videos the %hp gets above 30 so i don't think there is a problem

What i can see on 2:21 it's feral have 50% HP use ursoc with glyph going to 100% and when he switch to cat form he only get 12% on catform so on freakz is like this you will get only that 12% and noting on bear form..

I think this bug it's same like this one https://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Monk-Spell-Fortifying-Brew-Current-Health-increase-Gain-t427868.html it's increase your HP from your HP on that time not from your total health.. @shocker fix this major bug..
