Bug description:
It specifically says "excluding short duration spirit bonuses" however when using trinkets like:

which provides additional spirit, the amount of mana received from divine plea increases. (use trinket first and cast divine plea). The effect (mana return from divine plea) seems to increase if you are using two trinkets, as you can see in the screenshot.
Proof: Here's a proof with divine plea mana return without the spirit buff and with the spirit buff:

i can confirm that, i found this bug before, used a Castsequence macro to activate 2 trinkets (mogushan vault trash and opertation:shieldwall trinkets) and and then use divine plea...

Confirmed.
Trinket, Tailoring cloak enchant are considered short-duration spirit bonus and it shouldn't affect Divine Plea.
