[FIXED] Voting problem

Voting has been bugged for me since the premium vote points system has been implemented. Some friends of mine also have this problem. I vote, as usual, I wait for the votes to be validated and after 20 minutes, the voting panel just returns to normal and it says I can vote again, while I receive no vote points.
Anyone else having this problem?

I. How To Vote for Freakz:
First of all, log on your account and select VOTE (situated in the right part of the list of important links).

-You have two options for voting on this website;
-The First one is rotating the images to their correct position which sometimes can turn out to be hard but I will explain it;
-You get images of animals (from elephants and giraffes to dogs and cats);
-You need to rotate the images in such a way that the animal is standing in a correct position (e.g. dog stands up or elephant sitting);
-I recommend you to do this process SLOWLY because if you are doing it too fast another 5 images (making it a total of 10) will appear so the captca becomes harder;
HERE ARE TWO EXAMPLES OF PICTURES THAT ARE POSITIONED CORRECTLY




-For the Second one you must listen to 5 NUMBERS and write them down;
-In order to activate the Second method you must click the little Sound Icon ;
-You can directly hear the numbers onto the website or download an MP3 file;
-BE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR VOLUME TURNED UP (Headphones are recommended);
-Now click on the Red Button "Vote for WoW Freakz Mists of Pandaria";

II. F.A.Q.:

[Q]: I enter the Vote Page, but I can't see any websites, no links, nothing at all ? What's wrong ? What to do ?
[A]: You may have a program / addon on your browser or your antivirus that may block banners / ads. This could be "ad block" or "anti-banner", so you need to check your browser's addons and disable them and/or your antivirus features and disable them (note: in some cases a period of 30 minutes / 1 hour might be required for the websites/links to appear after you've disabled those addons).

[Q]: I've just voted, on each website, as I should have, but when i refreshed the Vote Shop the message to wait for the points did not show up and I also did not receive any points. What should I do ?
[A]: It could be you forgot to click a banner for one of the websites or an internal issue with them. First, try to vote again, on all the websites (even though on some it may say you have already voted, just do it again) and refresh the Vote page. If there's no message or no points are given, then there may be something wrong with one of the voting websites, in which case you will need to either open a ticket to report the issue to us, so we can investigate, or report it in this topic.

[Q]: I just finished voting on each website, refreshed the Vote Shop, waited for the 10-20 minutes, as asked, refreshed it again and no points were given... moreover, the option to vote is available again. Did I do something wrong ?
[A]: Yes, you most likely forgot to vote properly on at least one of the websites, like for example you forgot to click the Freakz banner, after you have voted. Do it again, but this time be careful on what you click.

[Q]: Ok, this may be a dumb question, but what's the Freakz banner ? What should I be looking for ?
[A]: Do you see the first image in this guide ? Well, that's the WoW Freakz Banner that you need to click for each of the 5 voting websites. The alternative for this, is the link just under the banner, which appears after you have voted on those websites.

[Q]: I voted, but I failed. Now, the voting websites say that I have a 12H/24H cooldown. What do I do?
[A]: Simply ignore that cooldown and do the process as normally.

III. The Vote Shop:

Inside the Vote Shop you can choose from various categories, depending on what you want / you're looking for. Let's explain them all:

• Glyphs: here you can buy all the glyphs necessary for your class, at a cost of 5 points each;
  
• Gems: in this section you can buy different types of gems, needed for Socketing items, and even those Engineering cogwheels;
  
• Enchants: going to this section will open a various list of enchants, from different professions: Enchanting, Tailoring, Leatherworking and even Blacksmithing;
  
• Mounts: here you can choose to obtain ground or flying mounts, which will be automatically learned in that Character's Mounst&Companions Panel;
  
• Companions: in this section you are given a plethora of companions to choose from, enough to satisfy that Pokemon thrill of "gotta catch them all" you might have;
  
• Tabards: need that extra touch for your transmog gear ? you might find this section to be the exact thing you're searching for'
  
• Fun Items: contains a list of various items which will leave an impression, ingame, for your character and/or for others;
  
• Gear: in this section you can search, by item name, all the items in the game that are common/rare/epic and have an item level between 20-359, which can be used for transmogrification;
  
• Heirlooms: here you can obtain heirloom-type items, which are used to give that new character a XP boost, while doing quests or defeating npcs (but, some of these items have a limit of 1 to 85 level, others of just 1 to 80, in which case it will be removed from the player, if that limit is surpassed, and sent to their mailbox;)
  
• Misc: will offer Foror's Crate of Endless Resist Gear Storage Bag at the cost of 100 points;
  
• Character-related: is where you can:
  
  • Rename one of your characters, at a cost of 150 points;
    
  • Character customization, which allows you to re-customize you character's face/skin/hair appearance, change the gender from male to female (or viceversa;)
  
  !!! Always remember to first choose the character you want those items delivered to and then press "SEND" for it;
  !!! With the exception of Mounts, which are automatically learned in your Spellbook, all the other items are send via mail, in-game;
  !!! All items bought from the Vote Shop are SOULBOUND;
  !!! Character customization does not imply race/faction change or rename.

I think this is an important issue, since this is part of your promotion.
I've talked to more than 20 people, and they all have the same problem.
You can vote the first time, thus getting your first 5 premium vote points. After that, you cannot vote anymore. You vote as usual, but after you wait for them to get validated, nothing happens.

Don`t be sarcastic, because most of you can`t follow this 5 steps! All of you tell „I votted and i don`t claim my vote points„; „it`s a bug, i votted and no vote points„, so to fix this „BUG„, respect all steps and be carefull with 3`rd step, most of you forgot to read and respect 3`rd step „3. After voting click on the WoW Freakz banner or link on the voting site to return to WoW Freakz index page„!

Did ALL the steps, have been voting without problems since the day I joined this server nearly everyday, now with this "Promotion" I'm not able to get points and I don't know why, (and yes Mr. Deaglez, I followed all the steps correctly). To give you a proof that I already voted here is a picture of it:

I only have 5 points because the first time I voted they gave me the points after 1 hour more or less. It has been an hour since my last vote and still no vote points. @Shockeru you should take a look on this, maybe the points are counting but not showing correctly. If you need more proofs or anything else just tell me.

I've been voting since the first day I joined here without problems and the problems with the votes are starting with this kind of "Promotion". As I said before this is a VALID bug (maybe is just VISUAL) because I'm doing everything correctly.

After nearly 2 hours, my VP did appear. As I said before, it might be a visual bug only.

I have the same problem with votes I don't get them after premium votes have been implemented. I have voted almost every day for the last couple of mounths becouse I like voting for mounts but now I don't get my points anymore and Juhziz do not tell me that I don't know how to vote

Wait 2 hours and check if you get the points, as I did

Some people get the vote points, some people do not. If there are 5 people that post on the forum saying that it does not work for them, and they have been voting for over an year, you should probably take the problem seriously. There are a lot of people that experience different sorts of problems on the server, but just don't bother posting them. If every single person that couldn't vote had already posted in this thread, you would already have a 20 page thread.

Hi , i have the same problem , but its my first time , i did all the steps by a good way , but they dont give me de vote points , , and i the pages i cant vote again until 24 or 12 hours , i did it more than 8 hours ago.

today I have completed the 3v3 quest and I still didn't get my points come on... remove that premium stuff and give us the points
