You can't complete this quest,not implemented yet

Both quest chains should work after a restart ( it is not perfectly blizzlike but it is close enough) . Post a screenshot with the achievement so I know that it works and I can close the topic.

@Pirinush 'The Bell Speaks' alliance side not work, if you talk with Fennie Hornswaggle, her not teleport you, but if you go and try talk with Anduin, him do nothing, so you cant complete quest

I did everything except "breath of the darkest shadow" criteria few months ago right after each fix for the horde quest chain.
