Bug description: hi, i am holy paladin and when i choose SANCTIFIED WRATH in talents tree it onely increases the crit by specified amount(20%) but it doesn't reduces the cooldown by 50%.

You need to have Avenging Wrath active to benefit from the bonuses of Sanctified Wrath.
