[FIXED] [Quest] [Legendary Quest] Echoes of the Titans

Bug description: I already did a post about this topic but it was claimed as false and that's because i didn't describe it well enough . So i asked shockeru about those 2 quests and he told me that they're not yet scripted due to them being in Chapter 4 . They aren't in Chapter 4 they are in chapter 3 , those 2 quests are a follow-up to The Crown of the Heaven which rewards the legendary meta gem , the 2 quests are supposed to reward you the achivement Chapter III : Two Princes , http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=7535 this is the link to it on WoWHead , as you can see it requires the completion of the quest ''heart of the thunder king'' , which results that chapter IV has absolutely nothing to do with those 2 quests , therefore Echoes of the Titans and Heart of the Thunder King are the endings to Chapter III .
Proof: Here is a link that provides the ENTIRE questline http://www.wowhead.com/guide=2016/overview-legendary-cloak-questline#tabs-name-chapter-iii , as you can see the 2 quests are from chapter III , why else would you implement the next chapter if it doesn't even reward an achivement , when the new chapter was added on freakz , on the wowfreakz site it showed the achivement being earned , the achivement Chapter III : Two Princes which said in it's text : '' - Complete Quest ''Heart of the Thunder King'' . if this doesn't convince you that the quests Echoes of the Titans and Heart of the Thunder King are IN The Third chapter of the storyline , i don't know what will

It is true. You must complete those 2 quests in order to finish chapter III. Just like the previous chapter you need to kill a boss to unlock a legendry item in the quartmaster shop (sha of fear gives weapon gem. Lei shen gives meta gem).

This is the picture of the achievement of chapter III. It says we need to complete the quest "Heart of the Thunder King" in order to complete chapter III so this quest IS a part of chapter III and in fact it is the most important one in the chapter because it unlocks the meta gem. So without this quest the whole chapter means nothing.
