Account email problem

Hey, so in the past I've had some problems about my account being stolen by the guy that gave it to me. He gave it to me for the dk on it Shadowlgs back in cata. I started my own char, a warlock called Silentboner. As I stated, he owns the email, and keeps on changing the password, deleting my character and my items. Today was the third time he deleted my character... he also deleted all my items like 2-3 times, but I've managed to get my account and items back, because I talked to him to give me my account back every time he has done this, because he gets mad at me for the worthless reasons. The thing is every time I have my account/items deleted, I lose my sockets and enchants, and I have having to farm 20k gold every time to get my enchants back, and I want to know if there's something to be done about this, like changing the email of the account? Or something else like moving the char to another account, I just don't want to get *** over again, if I get my char back again.. I understand that the account is my responsability, this has been told to me before, but I cannot do anything about this, because it's on his email so he can do whatever he wants with it..

Yeah, you gave me that link when I had problems last time. I contacted Rageless and he said he can't do anything because the account was recently active. Isn't there anything else that can be done?

there is nothing that can be done your account your responsibility .
