[DUPLICATE] [Mechanics][PvP] Random Battleground: Excluded battlegrounds not working

Bug description: Queueing for Random Battlegrounds usually lets you exclude up to 2 battlegrounds which you should not get queue pop-ups while not having the box checked.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/QzKfy unchecked Alterac Valley and the first queue I get is exactly AV which means it did not exclude it, as intended.
Hope it's not a duplicate.
