[FIXED] [Item] Prismatic Prison of Pride on DPS specs

This item https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=102299&&name=prismatic-prison-of-pride procs on dps too. I can't post any proof but it's easy to test. For example on a elem shaman all u have to do is to buy this glyph https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=41531&&name=glyph-of-flame-shock and start damaging the dummy then the trinket procs from flame shock's healing.

Tested as afflilock with Soul link talent and glyph of siphon life and tt procced. It actually mean caster DPS can have 16% stats increase (up to 20% if they donate) with two massives intel procs which is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be adressed right away. ^^

Trinket should only proc for :
-Holy and discipline priest
-Holy paladin
-Mistweaver monk
-Restoration shaman
-Restoration druid

I've made it not to proc from those 2 glyphs (earth shock and siphon life).
