New player with a few questions.

Hi there! I've just come to this server due to my interest in MOP, and as the title states, I've got a few questions.

My first question, is if there's any form of compensation for the lack of gear due to how fast you level up? I've got my XP rate set to x10, so I'm always going to be outleveling my gear. Is there any way to keep gear up to date so I don't constantly die / lack DPS while playing through content?

Second question: Are there any game-breaking bugs? (rather dumb question haha, I know.) By this I would mean things in Raids/Dungeons/Scenarios/Any other form of endgame content that would make said content un-doable? If so, what are the ways to work around said bugs?

Third and final question: What kind of community is this? Do most of the community's players frequently play? How big is the PvP scene? Are the majority of end-game content players hardcore, or softcore? How open are the more experienced players to helping newer players / fresh level 90's?
