[Warrior][Arms] Sweeping Strikes vs Strikes of Opportunity

As we all know this fix caused a server crash so it had to be reverted and sweeping strikes was temporarily disabled.

At first I thought that the bug report was actually invalid, but after some research seems like Scott was actually right. Only thing I have to add is that the Strikes of Opportunity should have a 0.1 ICD, I'm guessing this should fix the server crash problem


Proof: Won't bring more proof for SS and SoO interaction, i believe the initial bug report is enough.

Yes, for sure It should proc from sweeping strikes, I can also bring one more proof:

It is on third place as damage dealer (more than sweeping strikes itself) with almost 600 hits, it is impossible to get so many hits if it doesn't proc from sweeping strikes

About the icd... I think it already has one because if not it would proc from itself, or maybe it is made to not proc from itself and it has no icd
