weird issue happening last two nights

Last night i got disconnected from server and when i tried opening site it said: page not found. i assumed something is wrong with server, turned off wow and later on when i tried running it i got freakz.dll error, couldnt log in game and site kept giving me page not found.
I asked a friend on FB she said everything works fine for her, both site and server...
After trying few things i downloaded some VPN program and went to site (thought i was banned for some reason even tho i didnt do anything that would get me banned) site opened instantly, i logged on site, started wow logged without any problem.

when i turned off VPN it all got back to same, ccant open site, cant log in wow...
tried deleting freakz.dll, cache, removing addons... nothing worked
finally i deleted whole wow and downloaded it over night, in the morning everything worked just fine and i was online most of the day till about 8PM tonight when same thing from last night happened...

Anyone got a slightest clue what can be problem and how to solve this?

Maybe your ISP blocks connection to wow.freakz, if u say that with a VPN u can login to server

but weird part is that isnt constant block, now works normaly for example

Had the same issue, it's the ISP's fault.
My "solution" to the problem was to add a hosts file entry instead of relying on the ISP for DNS resolving.

Add these to your hosts file (Use google to find out how to edit hosts file)
