Bug description: After a few heal casts, it no longer increases Healing Rain duration. Same with damage casts, no increasing after a few casts.

I noticed this too.. btw download bandicam or whatever for screen recording.. much better..

You cannot extend it beyond 40s, and once it reaches 40s it will no longer increase and start decreasing. It's right there in the tooltip: "This cannot cause Healing Rain to last longer than 40 sec."

but isn't the idea that it will remain at 40 sec as long as you're healing, but not go beyond that?

exaclty. it's not reaching 40 seconds, nor the seconds summed up aren;'t 40.

Healing Wave (or whatever that is, I don't know russian) no longer increases the duration of Healing Rain.

there are, actually I didn't count, thinking you did, but there are 40 seconds added up, there's nothing wrong
