Bug description: Now consuming Brain Freeze triggers the 2p buff, also Frostfire Bolt consumes the 2p buff when it hits a target. Frozen Thoughts should increase the damage of the NEXT Frostbolt / Ice Lance / Frostfire Bolt / Cone of Cold, not the RECENTLY fired Frostfire Bolt.
