[REJECTED] glyph of icy veins and ice lance

Bug description: when u have the glyph on frostbolt , Frostfire Bolt , Water Elemental's Waterbolt turn into 3 bolt but ice lance doesn't . but damage is reduced by 60% though . ice lance should turn into 3 bolt with 40% original damage (a total of 120% of original damage ) when you have the glyph on .
Proof: for proof i had to record a video but i don't have the means to do plus it's easy to test . just use icy veins without glyph and a second time with glyph you'll see that in doest turn into 3 bolts.
