Bug description: Harvest Ripe Scallions
Proof: When it grows to Ripe Scallions, you can't gather / collect / harvest it.

I had just tested it. The quest works just fine, you may have missed something:
after you plant the seed, a creature named Voracious Virmen appears and your seed can't grow more if you don't kill it.

After you kill it and wait a little more for the seed to grow, you may harvest it and it will get your quest completed. :)

Drop the quest and take it again.
