Bug description: NPC that should provide quest ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=26377&&name=squire-percy ), doesn't offer it to the player. At NPC finder page there aren't any informations that this particular NPC starts or ends any quest. In-game he only provides service of healing and reviving battle pets.

Fixed quest giver, also scripted whole quest, it wasn't working.
