We can`t carry both , https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=102293&&name=purified-bindings-of-immerseus and https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=102299&&name=prismatic-prison-of-pride , it says " you can`t carry any more of those items " . This must be problem just on your side, because I dont have any issues having this both trinkets on at the same time, on my Ele Shammy I'm using both of this trinkets at the same time without any problems.

Try unequiping one, and equiping it back.

I assume it's very important for some classes to have both of those trinkets? If yes, what classes/specs?

Those trinkets are kinda BiS for mistweaver monks, discipline priests. Other healers use them too, I don't know about DPS, but mostly healers need them both.

Some DPS classes can benefit from the crit Amplifier and increased haste/mastery/spirit ie Ele Shamans, Boomkins, Shadowpriest.
Should be able to equip any trinket, regardless of whether it can proc or not (and with the evidence that was shown in posts before from how it's used in retail) specially since Purified Bindings of Immerseus trinket doesn't specify a conflict with equipping Prismatic Prison of Pride.

While we are at this, Prismatic Prison of Pride shouldn't procc for DPS speccs (if you're Elemental and start healing yourself it shouldn't procc) and Purified Bindings of Immerseus shouldn't procc for Healer speccs (sorry Discipline priests/Mistweavers).
I am preety sure this is the reason you want them fixed.

Yes, Purified Bindings of Immerseus didn't proc on discipline priest spec using spells, but I red on blizzard forums that it used to proc with melee swings. This is weird. Anyway, it's not abot the proc so much as it is for the increased stats.
